Chef Elisa Hindes is a Filipina American and a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Portland. She has a wide variety of experience in both the sweet and savory sides of the kitchen. As well as previously operating her own coffee cart and catering company, she has also cooked for Whole Foods, worked as a culinary instructor for Sur La Table, and even did a stint as a pastry chef on a train.

Chef Elisa works primarily as a boutique caterer, creating delicious and beautiful food for guests to enjoy. You can also find her working as a food vendor at various local festivals, either scraping raclette cheese or serving the Filipino food of her childhood.
